Soluscope founded in 1994 from the association of two Engineers, Bernard Mariotti, currently C.E.O. of Soluscope, and Frédéric Dray, currently member of the Board of Soluscope.
Their companies, Endotech, created in 1993 by M. Mariotti, dedicated to developing and manufacturing automatic endoscope reprocessors (AERs), and Medlore, created in 1988 by M. Dray, dedicated to marketing the reprocessors, developing and selling the related chemicals as a consumable for the reprocessors, were brought together to form an alliance under a holding company. Soluscope is a parent company owning 100% of the following companies. |

Following 16 years of continuous growth, materialized by the daily use of several thousands of Soluscope devices in more than 25 countries, with the objective of offering a better service to our customers, and in order to facilitate our supplier relations, the group, composed of 5 subsidiaries merged under the single name of Soluscope.
On 23rd December 2009, Endotech, Medlore, QCM, PSP and Groupe Soluscope became Soluscope S.A.S. |
